Built as part of a joint venture between Trebor Developments & Hillwood, Trinity Park is a new development of production/distribution units, spanning over 78,750 sq ft total.

With suitability for a headquarters facility, the building has the potential to be split into two units, comprising of a 42,452 sq ft unit and a 37,362 sq ft unit, both high-quality industrial accommodation spaces comprising HGV access points, car parking facilities, dock loading doors, a Cat A standard First Floor office, as well as an internal mezzanine floor. The structure is mainly steel frame and was also developed with an enhanced eaves height of 12m, to provide superior cubic capacity.
