The Solihull Retirement Village will have 260 apartments some for outright sale, shared ownership and rental properties. There will be a 170-space car park and it will even boasts a cinema, café/bistro, salon, and gym amongst its activities for the residents.
The completed project will comprise of a concrete frame structure, with upper floor (above ground floor) construction, including insitu concrete post tensioned slabs, concrete core walls and lift shaft walls which will also be insitu concrete, providing overall building stability.
