Working closely with Wilmott Dixon, CCE were appointed to undertake the Civil and Structural Engineering components of Plots 8 & 9, part of the new Perry Barr Residential Scheme.
Within the two apartment blocks spanning over four-six storeys, there has been around 430 new apartments created over the two Plots, consisting of one-and-two-bedroom apartments for both private sale and rent. The structures are built off a podium slab and traditional pad foundations, and also feature lightweight steel frames, Corium facades and almost 700-bathroom pods.
Benefitting from a matured landscape, outdoor amenities of the Perry Barr Residential Scheme also include a community hall, café, changing rooms and multiple other recreational spaces, designed to create a new and vibrant community for those living in the neighbourhood, but also provide facilities for the use and enjoyment of those within the greater Perry Barr area.
