CCE were appointed to provide their services toward the new 325,000 sq. ft industrial facility in Redditch, to create a manufacturing extension and refurbish existing structures.
Completed in November 2020 for the new tenant Pilkington Automotive, a glass automotive specialist; the project comprised the construction of a 72,000 sq. ft extension to the already existing facility, as well as major alterations to the existing office and warehouse structure to create a much more streamlined manufacturing operation.
The development provides high quality manufacturing national distribution facilities for Pilkington, utilising the additional car parking, service yard alterations and new gatehouse.
