CCE were responsible for the Civil and Structural design of the Retirement Village scheme, built on the former CompAir site, comprising 260 apartments in total with a mixed tenure; for private sale, shared ownership and rental.

Set across approximately 5 acres offering 105 new one-bedroom apartments and 155 new two-bedroom apartments, the pleasantly situated village also offers 165 car parking spaces to its tenants, together with a wealth of health and leisure facilities including a galleria with indoor bowling green, village hall, bar and bistro, gym, IT suite, hair and beauty salon and shop that can be accessed by residents, their families and High Wycombe residents.

The complex has been carefully designed to encourage and support an independent and enriching lifestyle amongst its tenants, with its build comprising a reinforced concrete frame, six-stories in height together with all external works.
