Director

Mark joined the company in 1998 and now manages the Civils and Infrastructure Team.

He has over 30 years’ experience in a varying range of work for both the public and private sectors. His expertise lies in the practice’s residential infrastructure work and has been responsible for designing a wide variety of affordable and open market housing developments. This work includes preliminary feasibility studies through to detailed design and supervision of infrastructure projects.

He maintains a comprehensive knowledge of various design and modelling software packages and has a valuable awareness of development constraints and determining rational design solutions to ensure the technical ‘build-ability’ of a scheme.

He possesses an extensive experience of Local Authority procedure and liaising with statutory bodies on major highway and drainage works, gaining approvals and securing adoption agreements.
